This policy explains how IGRAJ POŠTENO d.o.o. handles personal data we receive through the BIOHAZARD website or by phone.

What we collect
If you write to us or send an enquiry, we may receive your name, phone and/or email, location, a description of the situation, and optional photos. On a call we process what you tell us. The site host may also log basic technical data (such as IP, time and page) so the site can run and stay secure. There are no user accounts in this phase.
Purpose
We use the data to reply to enquiries, arrange a site visit, prepare an offer, and carry out the service if we agree to work with you.
Legal basis
We process data for steps before a contract and for our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We process optional photos because you send them to us.
How long we keep data
We keep data only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, deliver the service and meet legal duties (for example accounting). We then delete or anonymise it.
Sharing
We do not sell data. We share it only with providers needed to run the site and email, or if the law requires it. Submitting the form may use anti-spam protection.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or to object. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec).
What is not included yet
There is no account login in this phase. Google Analytics is not switched on. If we add either, we will update this policy.
